We aim to make the return process simple and stress-free for all FurFix customers.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at support@furfixhome.com with your order number and reason for the return. If your return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Items sent back without first contacting us and receiving return instructions will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • used pet grooming or hygiene products

  • personalized or custom items

  • gift cards

  • final sale items

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original item once approved and place a new order separately.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, we grant that you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional processing time.
